I don't quite know what to make of what I think about my life right now.
I know I have very little to complain about, really.. but I suppose the few holes I have in my life are significant enough to affect me.
Sometimes I feel that my optimism is just to cover up my deficiencies in certain things. But I guess God is fair. I have never truly felt the impact of the phrase, "you can't have everything," until fairly recently.
I also haven't seen some friends in ages - relatively speaking or otherwise - and I have to admit that I miss them.
Other than that, alhamdulillah, God has been really kind to me. I've just made a major decision regarding my career which involved a few tradeoffs.. and I believe that I was guided to make the right one.
